The HAMLET is an amazing property in beautiful and unspoiled countryside, considered of historical relelevance by the authorities, since its oldest part dates back to the 14th century.
The location is superb equidistant from Florence, Siena and Arezzo and the place itself is utterly beautiful, with vineyards, olives, a river at the end of the property, and completely calm in its setting, as it is at the end of a small side road with no traffic.
Loro Ciuffenna is the closest village. This is a lovely medieval village with an amazing view on the river Ciuffenna. Here you will not find souvenirs for tourists but traditional family run shops, a colourful weekly market, traditional Italian coffee shops, ice-cream shops and a selection of very good restaurants .
The Hamlet can only be rented as an entire, exclusive property and can host 23 persons in 5 apartments with a total of 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms .
